Tongpuzi teamed up with Lisa Crowe, the pastry chef of two-Michelin-starred restaurants in the United Kingdom, who was the pastry chef of Mandarin Oriental London, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and The Peninsula Shanghai, to develop top-quality nougat, using nougat as the base and adding local organic ingredients. Dried strawberries and dried apples combine the characteristics of traditional nougat and Western desserts to make exquisite desserts, giving consumers a double taste!
